Awesome little coffee shop with everything from bags of coffee (ground or whole coffee beans), to different styles of coffee, smoothies, and delicious food!
They play music, but it's nothing obnoxious. It's relaxed and comfortable where you can just sit back and enjoy your drink or noms.
There are also outlets around the shop in case you need them (I most certainly did.) The staff are friendly, courteous, and very patient (you all rock!) I look forward to coming back! :) -

Cute little coffee shop. We went here because we were staying at the Hampton Inn next to it. The coffee was delicious, and the service was good. The workers were happy and kept everything clean!

Great service. Very friendly and quick :) that is the norm for Biggby Coffee, and I really appreciate it. :)

Great service always! Staff works hard at getting to know their customers. Thanks Kodee, Amelia, and Devin for making my mornings a little friendlier and faster!

I have no idea why this place is called Beaners on Yelp, because it's the Okemos Bigby location, but I guess a name change doesn't always mean it's reflected on Yelp.
I popped in here one evening to get some studying done since I'm not very productive in the apartment. The baristas that night (didn't catch their names) were really helpful (I'd never been to a Bigby before...) in letting me know what options I had. I took one of their advice to try a tea latte, and have no regret. The staff is super friendly and seem to be in a good mood.
It's a pretty spacious location, and it's usually not that packed. Seating is plentiful, and they even had a card rack with some pretty funny cards stocked. I'm not sure if it's common for all Bigby places to have a rather elaborate "fill your own pound of coffee" station, but this one does.
My only complaint is that they close at 9! Maybe it's the Californian in me, but I'm definitely not used to coffee places closing before 11. I'm sure the baristas have a life, too, and would appreciate being able to live it :)
